Our small group format allows for individual attention through the whole class. We offer specialized classes in Yoga for Obesity, Prenatal Yoga, Cardiac Yoga and Yoga en Español.
Yoga for Every Body - Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8pm - EST - virtual by ZOOM
This is a Kriya Yoga class that emphasizes postures with an effort to reduce weight and entice a better life-style. The foundation of all poses are the core of Pura Yoga. Focus is given to balance, twists, controlled breath and affirmations Many props and adjustments from the teacher are included here.
Prenatal Yoga - Tuesdays & Thursdays at 11am - EST - virtual by ZOOM
This is an appropriate class for beginners and experienced yoginis. 2nd & 3rd Trimester moms are highly encouraged to attend. Focus is placed on conditioning the pelvic floor, breathing techniques and affirmations. Props and teacher adjustments are used.
8 week series, 16 classes: $40 per series
Yoga Teacher Training
PURA YOGA, Registered Yoga School, offers a 200hr Teacher Training approved by the Yoga Alliance. Deepen your knowledge and personal practice to inspire others by teaching the foundations of Hatha Yoga including philosophy, anatomy, meditation, yogic lifestyle, the business of yoga, and more.
This training is offered in English and in Spanish. Inquire with Lead Trainer for more information.

Next Teacher Training begins in January 2021.
There are 10 modules at $250 each. Each module lasts about one weekend's time.
