Prenatal Yoga: Though yoga postures, relaxation and pranayama, you prepare your body and mind to receive your baby. You will learn how to relieve certain discomforts related to pregnancy. Here, you will feel strong, relaxed and connected to your baby. The benefits of yoga come through the consistency in which it is practiced. An 8 class series is recommended No yoga experience necessary.
